London, The Box Piccadilly

As AI reshapes creative work, what are we actually optimising for - and who risks being left behind as a result?

AI is being adopted faster than it is being understood.

Many organisations are investing in AI tools without a shared view of:

  • what problem they are actually trying to solve,

  • whether they want higher productivity, higher creativity - or something else entirely,

  • and what this means for people whose value has traditionally been built through learning-by-doing at the entry level.

Even where AI adoption is partial or flawed, it is already changing expectations, leaving some people feeling displaced, deskilled, or unsure what unique value they bring.

This story exists to surface those realities honestly, before the narratives harden and the unintended consequences become embedded.

We are deliberately bringing together voices that are rarely in the same room:

  • AI providers – those building and shaping the tools

  • AI buyers – decision-makers purchasing AI (often outside HR or talent functions)

  • Employers – organisations expected to realise value from AI in real creative workflows

  • Users – the people expected to use AI tools day-to-day to get work done

  • Educationalists / academics – those designing creative degrees and learning pathways intended to improve employability

You'll craft the story and we'll work with you to capture it on film. you work through the storytelling process and come away with content ready for final film production.
